Principles of working with your data
We are Ligas & Partners, s.r.o., and we operate an e-shop on the website of tonerama.cz.
For the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website, we process some personal data. The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of the physical and/or with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")
I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data in case of use of the contact form
If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. They are: Name and email.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(6). 1 point. b) GDPR – negotiation of the contract, respectively the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details regarding the status of your order, complaints or your questions. We will further process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for the settlement of complaints and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(6). 1 point. b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6 para. 1 point. c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a shopper and you have not forbidden us to do so when making a purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send out our newsletter.
On what legal basis?
It allows us to ust. § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have forbidden us to do so during the purchase.
How long will we process personal data? 5 years since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via e-mail or contact us by e-mail: info @ tonerama.cz
II. Who gets to the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us who get access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop.
They are:
• companies involved in the dispatch of goods (PPL, Balíkobot)
• companies involved in the dispatch of payments (Comgate)
We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.
III. What else you should know
We do not/have an appointed Data Protection Officer in our company. In our company, decisions are not/are made on the basis of automatic processing or profiling. If you have any questions about your personal data, please contact us at info@tonerama.cz

V. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request the restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, require us to delete personal data in certain situations and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. Processing on the basis of a legitimate interest may be objected to. If you believe that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to go to court with your claims.
These conditions are effective from 1.1.2022.
